A Hampshire microbrewery, founded by Steve and Isabelle Haigh in 2012.

The first brew came from a Boots beer kit when I was 17.  My mate Jim and I, saw a brew your own kit after college.  On the bus home the idea had grown into a global brewing empire.  The next day, we returned to the Winchester Branch of Boots with 5 quid each and bought a starter kit.  The first brew went well, we were pleased with the result.  If it had tasted like “Voypers Toof”, we would have been chuffed. We sold half the batch, and even charged a deposit for the bottles.

Twenty years on, ten of them as a professional brewer, I wanted to to brew my  style of beer in Winchester.

April 2012 saw the arrival of stainless steel tanks, malted barley, hops and other equipment that required modification.
