The Bedlam Brewery was started by small group of likeminded individuals over a coffee and a casual chat in 2009. Since then we have collected a few more supporters from around the world and put together our micro-brewery in a converted barn at the old farmstead for Albourne Manor House situated on a green sandstone ridge at the foot of the South Downs in West Sussex. The brewery takes its name from the ancient roman road (Bedlam Street) that runs across the southern farm boundary and has become a focus for beer enthusiasts near and far.
