Downton Brewery is the home of Chimera Beers including Quadhop, Dark Delight, Honey Blonde and Chimera IPA. In addition to our regular ales we also brew seasonal and monthly specials.

This award winning brewery is based in the beautiful ancient Wiltshire village of Downton roughly 6 miles south of the Cathedral City of Salisbury.

At Downton Brewery we are committed to producing quality beers using only the finest ingredients combined where possible with new and interesting raw materials. We work hard to ensure we can supply our ales at a fair and reasonable price to both the trade and the public.

The brewery is a 20 barrel brewplant and capable of brewing up to 60 barrels a week, which gives us plenty of amazing real ale to share with you.

We also welcome tours of the brewery for real ale enthusiasts wanting to find out more about us and taste some amazing beers.
