The Union Brewery is a small collaboration brewery based in the UK but has worked with brewers from around the world including the USA, Australia, Brazil, Ecuador as well as Europe. We brew top quality beers with a distinctive style which are full of flavour and character.

We use locally sourced ingredients and suppliers wherever possible. We use only the finest ingredients and combine them with with skill and patience to produce the perfect union of malt, hops, yeast and water.
