We also believe that the finest beer demands the finest igredients, so our malt is only ever Marris Otter, from the oldest maltsters in England, and our hops come from England, America and New Zealand where the climate allows stronger more robust hop flavour in the likes of Amarillo, Galena, Cascade etc.
These vital ingredients are used in what we feel to be an exquisite drinking experience !
