Our Bottled beers are all made in the brewery, bottled in the brewery and conditioned in the bottle. The yeast used is especially well suited for bottled conditioned beers, settling out to form a compact and firm sediment so that every single precious drop of your favourite hornbeam beer can be wrung out of the bottle.
Beer for bottling is stored for a week in a conditioning tank, to allow the majority of the yeast to settle out, the beer is then seeded with fresh fermenting beer immediately prior to bottling to ensure a sound secondary fermentation in the bottle.
