Tipples Brewery was started in 2004 by me, Jason Tipple and my (now) wife, Lucie.

I was getting bored with my then career in financial services and decided it was time for a change. So in October 2003 I resigned and then had to find something to earn a living from! With a lot of help from Dave Porter at Porter Brewing Installations. In September 2004, Tipples Brewery was born.
