I started the brewery in Dec 2010 and the first beer was produced in feb 2011 on my 100ltr plant .

That produced 2.5 9gall casks of beer.

I now have 4 beers in regular production and also some seasonal beers ie a Yule Tide ale.

I have now just taken delivery of a new 3 barrel plant which will give me 12 9gall casks of beer in one brewing.

I would like to have 6 beers by the year end.
